Increasing the impact of risk assessment

Many safety professionals struggle to take full advantage of their risk assessment management system. Organizations complete their risk assessment process, carry out the resulting actions, and then the assessments are placed on a shelf and forgotten until the next risk assessment cycle.

This paper will identify a standard (but weak) risk assessment process that is commonly used across many industries. We will then discuss the challenges that cause this model to be used in the first place, then identify a more effective model which uses systematic checks to ensure that risk assessment is a living part of an organization.

Download this whitepaper and learn how better risk assessments can help to:

  • Manage risk more effectively
  • Be better prepared for litigation
  • Reduce overall risk
