CLIENT PROFILE UNHCR, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, is a global organization dedicated to saving lives, protecting rights, and building a better future for refugees and forcibly displaced people. Since 1950, they have provided vital assistance to refugees, asylum-seekers, internally displaced and stateless people, many of whom have nobody left to turn to. She leads a team of people in Geneva, Nairobi, Bangkok and Dakar. Her team oversees the health and safety of the organization's approximately 15 thousand staff members. This includes management of periodical medical examinations, case management of sick absences, work accommodation/adjustment, travel clinic, preventive care, emergency preparation, and medical evacuations in cases of acute conditions or life-threatening situations, among other duties of the section. About 50% of Andrea's staff members are working in high-risk environments, not only due to security threats (in places like Syria, Iraq, and Yemen) but also because of lack of access to basic health care (in places such as Mauritania and the Democratic Republic of Congo). This work environment is extremely challenging; therefore, maintaining the health of workers is her most important goal. "One of the most difficult challenges that we were facing [before Cority] was all our data was in paper files – that's 15,000 staff members' information in paper files. There was no monitoring system, there was no record system, there was no way to manage statistics. We were just filing papers THE CHALLENGE: Life-threatening Gaps in Vaccinations and Lack of Reporting
