John is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) with over 15 years’ experience in the health and safety industry. As an OH&S leader at Toyota, he managed the complex implementation of an ISO-based safety management system. Currently, he is the Director of Product Management for Cority, where heads the OH&S software design and development team. John holds a Masters in Health Sciences in Occupational and Environmental Health.

Shannon Crinklaw, CRSP, CHRL

Shannon has over 10 years’ experience with safety management systems and risk assessment programs. As an implementation consultant for Cority, she works with large companies to align OH&S business requirements with best practices in data management. Shannon is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional and a Certified Human Resource Leader.

John Easton, CRSP

John Easton is Director, Product Management after having served previously as Product Manager and Senior Client Service Consultant. He has been in the health and safety field since 1996. Prior to joining Medgate, John worked for 12 years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in the capacity of Health & Safety Specialist and most recently as Assistant Manager, Health & Safety. John has extensive experience in developing and managing standards and programs for industrial hygiene and safety.
